The client initiates the process by contacting the company through the website, social networks, or by visiting the showrooms. They are required to fill out a questionnaire providing relevant information.
A sales agent contacts the client to arrange a visit to their premises. This visit is conducted to perform initial due diligence and acquire essential information to develop an optimal solution.
A thorough location due diligence is conducted to gather all the necessary input data. This involves assessing factors such as roof condition, orientation, shading, available space for PV panel installation etc.
The company's technical division designs an optimal PV system tailored to the client's requirements and site conditions. They also prepare a detailed offer that includes the system specifications and projected savings.
A sales agent meets with the client to present different versions of the potential PV system. He explains various aspects of the system, including its benefits, financial implications, and return on investment.
After the presentation, the client decides on a suitable option and signs the offer / contract.
Upon the client's confirmation of the terms and conditions, the technical division applies for approval to the local distributor responsible for connecting the PV system to the grid. The local distributor has an 8-week timeframe to complete the connection.
Approximately one week before the installation of the PV panels, we will deliver the necessary scaffolding and supporting structures to the site. The DC and AC systems will be assembled according to the agreed schedule.
Installation of a PW meter, connecting inverter via the internet with our technical division and testing during the trial period.
Once the installation and testing are successfully completed, a handover document is provided to both the client and the local distributor. This document enables the scheduling of the PV system's connection to the grid.
The necessary handover documents, compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules and regulations, are delivered to the registration body responsible for documenting and recording the PV system installation.
